8-Июня-2015 – Утром наш экипаж выехал из Москвы в Саратов. На пути лежал город Луховицы и точка конфлюенции 55N-39E рядом с ним. Немного покружив по Луховицам и не найдя дороги к карьеру, мы вернулись по трассе М4 в сторону Москвы до закрытого придорожного кафе (примерно 2 км). От него свернули на север в лес, очень плохая дорога, местами пробираемся по настилу из толстых брёвен. Через 200 метров выехали из леса на полевую дорожку. Курс в направлении слияния. Ближе 650 метров подъехать не удалось. В 2010 году здесь был пожар. Лес в этом месте остался лишь небольшими островками. Большинство поваленных стволов распилены и вывезены. Между оставшихся пробивается молодой подлесок и высокая трава, много крапивы. В 35 метрах от точки дорогу пересекает канал или ручей, через него перекинуты крупные стволы берёз. Форсируем водную преграду фотографируем и возвращаемся к машине. Нам сегодня ещё предстоит проехать более 700 километров до дома.

8-Jun-15 –In the morning our group departed from Moscow to Saratov. On our way there was a town called Luhovici and the confluence point 55N-39E is located close to it. We wondered around Luhovici a bit, but could not find the road towards the pit. So, we came back by M4 route (in the direction to Moscow) till a closed roadside cafe (approximately 2 km) and then turned to the nord to a forest. The road was very bad, from time to time the road was covered with thick logs. After 200 meters we went out of the forest to a field road. Our direction is towards the confluence point. We could not approach to the confluence point closer than 650 m by car. In 2010 there was fire here. Only some parts of the forest are still here. Most of the overthrown trees were cut up and taken out. Among the rest of the trees a young underbrush and tall grass are coming up, there is a lot of nettle. 35 meters from the confluence point a canal or a stream is crossing the road, there were big trunks of birches brought down over the stream. We crossed the stream, made pictures and came back to the car. That day we still had more than 700 kilometers ahead till our home.
